A summer day in France, along the river.

From washed-up litter – a plastic bottle, a plastic bag, some twigs – the characteristics of a sailing boat were created through crafting.

Playing children immediately recognized the silhouette and gratefully took it with them. From this intuitive design, the bottle boat has acquired its stylized form.

Partly re-used, but not designed with a sustainable idea in mind.....It's all about semantics here; the art of using objects in a different way and seeing them as building blocks for creating new shapes and objects.

With relatively small interventions, existing products can be given a completely different meaning.

An empty shampoo bottle can be thrown away, but with this set, you can also make a sailboat out of it. The bottle boat is delivered as a cheerful construction kit for young and old. Keep your empty shampoo bottle, it is not included.

Contents of the package: 1 sail, 1 wooden mast, 1 wooden mast foot, 1 wooden keel and 1 elastic. The sail is available in 8 colours: white, grey, yellow, orange, neon orange, purple, aqua green, blue.
