IKONIC Design Toys - Sustainable toys designed by top designers

Design to play with, collect and enjoy.

Welcome to the world of IKONIC Design Toys: a colourful collection of wooden toys, unique objects and collectible design, created by Dutch designers with a distinctive signature of their own.

Is it a toy, design or perhaps even art? At IKONIC, you don't have to choose. Our collection sits right at the intersection of these worlds. Some designs are made to be played with, while others are primarily created to be collected or displayed as a special piece in your interior. And sometimes, they are all of these things at once.

Design Toys with character

At IKONIC, you'll find no anonymous mass-produced products, but distinctive designs where shape, colour, material and imagination take centre stage. From colourful wooden cars and animals to abstract objects, transparent model cars and limited-edition designs.

Many of our Design Toys are suitable for play and have been tested according to the applicable toy safety requirements. Other objects are intended as collectible or decorative design pieces and deserve a special place in your interior.

What do they have in common? Strong design and a story of their own.

Discover, for example, the iconic Duotone Cars, wooden animals and nativity scene by Floris Hovers, the minimalist wooden vehicles by Lex Pott, or the transparent model cars by Maurice Doorduijn. Designs that are not only fun to play with, but beautiful enough to be displayed.

Wooden toys with a design signature

Wood is an important material within the IKONIC collection. Its natural character, tactile quality and versatility make it particularly suited to toys where design takes centre stage.

Our collection includes wooden cars, animals, tractors, trucks and building blocks. Each one is designed with attention to shape, proportion, colour and detail.

Toys for children and adults

Design Toys aren't just for children. Good design sparks the imagination, regardless of age.

That's why our collection also includes objects for design lovers and collectors. From a special gift for a child to a limited edition for an adult design enthusiast: IKONIC Design Toys are made to be enjoyed for years to come.

A design can be played with, collected, given as a gift or simply displayed as a beautiful object in your home. This also makes Design Toys a wonderful choice for an original design gift.

Dutch Design with a story

IKONIC is an independent Dutch design label based in Delft. We develop special products ourselves, often in collaboration with renowned Dutch designers, and bring them into production under the IKONIC brand.

This makes every design more than just a product. It tells a story about the designer, the material, the production process and the ideas behind the design.
