Dutch Design clocks from Dutch soil

Teun Zwets' Bubble Clock was created through experimental material research and an intuitive working method. The original design was shaped by hand using a two-component polyurethane, a process reminiscent of rotational moulding, which resulted in unique shapes.

The Bubble Clocks now available at IKONIC are produced using the standard rotational moulding process in an aluminium mould. The clocks are made in Tilburg (NL) and are based on a 3D scan of an original handmade specimen, preserving the characteristic, randomly created shape.
