A Tractor with Character
What makes this wooden tractor truly special is the creative use of familiar, everyday components in an unexpected way. The front wheel is a standard swivel wheel you’d find in a hardware store; the rear wheels are sturdy industrial transport wheels. Floris Hovers is known for his playful design approach, reinterpreting standard components and transforming them into building blocks for his artworks and products. The result is a playful, industrial, and sculptural object full of character.
Thanks to the front swivel wheel, the wooden tractor is highly maneuverable. This gives the piece a lively, almost animated quality, making it suitable both as a functioning toy and as a design object for the interior.

Each tractor is handmade in a workshop in Delft (by Joris) and marked with an individual number. The craftsmanship is visible in the construction and finishing. Due to the handmade nature of the product, small variations or imperfections may occur.
